The bank account for private person non-resident can be opened on the basis of the following documents:
Passport of the country of his citizenship (passport shall include valid Estonian visa or residence permit). These rule is not applicable for the citizens of the countries for whom visa to Estonia is not required.
Travelling document issued by foreign country.
